    Overview 

    Trace impurity gases such as hydrocarbons, H2O, CO, CO2, NOx, N2, H2S, etc., are harmful to the production of high purity helium, high purity hydrogen, high purity nitrogen, other high purity gases and olefin gases. It can damage production equipment and affect production quality, and even pose a fatal threat to equipment that USES these gases. The DKF10-MH trace level multi-component gas analyzer developed by Duketech and Finland Gasera co., ltd. specializes in the monitoring and analysis of PPM micro-level and PPB ultra-micro level impurity gases.

     

     

    Principle 

    DKF10-MH trace level multi-component gas analyzer based on infrared photoacoustic technology. It has a pulse infrared light source, through narrow band optical filter, forming 10 spectral bands in the middle infrared region, for gas analysis. Ultra-high sensitivity based on patented  enhanced cantilever optical microphone technology. which can be achieved through 10 optical narrowband filters. Extremely narrow optical filters can remove the interference of background gas. Multiple spectral regions can facilitate minimum cross sensitivity. The sampling response results were calibrated according to the improved classical least square method. Photoacoustic spectroscopy technology can realize high sensitivity measurement of short optical path, further improve the nonlinear compensation technology, can achieve wide range up to 5 levels of linear dynamic range ratio
